2025 Show Schedule
– FRIDAY, JANUARY 24th – SHOW HOURS 2 TO 9 PM
1:00 PM: Box Office Opens at A-Hall Entrance only.
1:00 PM: PRE-SHOW EXHIBITS & INFORMATION (A-Hall Entrance Only) – The public is invited to enter the D-Hall Stage Area starting one-hour before the rest of the show opens. You must have a ticket for the show which opens at 2 PM. This will allow you easy entrance to the show when it is officially opened.
2:00 PM: Show Opens to the public
ON THE HOUR STARTING AT 3 PM: ENGINE TEAR-DOWN COMPETITION (Display – 133-138)- The Hot Rodders of Tomorrow from the York County School of Technology will compete each hour with a team of five students to see who can disasesemble and then resassemble a Chevy 350 engine in the fastest time using a few hand tools. In between competition volunteers can compete in a spark plug challenge of removing wires, exhaust manifold and spark plugs on one side of the engine.
4:45 – 5:45 PM: BOOK SIGNING/ AUTOGRAPHS: (Showcase Booth No. 111) RAY EVERNHAM will be available to sign his new book Trophies and SCARS, greet fans, pose for photos and sign autographs. He will be joined by BILL ELLIOTT and his wife ERIN-CROCKER EVERNHAM.
6:30 – 7:30 PM: (D Hall Stage) – RAY EVERNHAM’S 50th YEAR IN RACING CELEBRATION featuring special guests BILL ELLIOTT, ERIN CROCKER-EVERNHAM and JAY SIGNORE – Evernham will join show host STEVE POST for a special on stage discussion! The focus will be Evernham’s legendary career in the national spotlight, first as an employer at the International Race of Champions (IROC) followed his days in NASCAR Jeff Gordon’s as crew chief. The focus will continue with Evernhman’s days as a car owner and Elliott drive in the No. 9 Dodge to victory lane at Indianapolis. The discussion will include his involvement with Sprint Car racing with his wife Erin and her advancement into NASCAR racing, Ray’s recent development of the SRX Series and the recent return of IROC.
8:00 PM: 38TH ANNUAL MS. MOTORSPORTS COMPETITION sponsored by Aqua-Duck Water Transport (D Hall Stage) Contestants will go on stage to be judged in Sportswear, Swim wear and photo modeling competition. The winner will receive $2,500, first runner-up $500 and second runner-up $250. Fans will also make pick a $500 Best Swimwear winner. Entry information is available at motorsportstradeshow.com.
9:00 – 12:00 PM: POST-EVENT PARTY – Hilton Garden Inn, on the property of the Expo Center In Oaks, PA. DJ Sound and Light providing music. Food and adult beverage on sale.

11:00 – 12:30 PM: AUTOGRAPHS (Showcase Booth No. 111): BILL ELLIOTT the 1988 NASCAR Cup Series champion will be signing autographs and meeting fans. In 1985, Elliott made NASCAR history by winning the first-ever Winston Million, a million-dollar bonus to any driver that could win three out of the four crown jewel races of NASCAR in a single season: The Daytona 500 at Daytona, the Winston 500 at Talladega, the World 600 at Charlotte, and the Southern 500 at Darlington!
11:30 – 12:30 PM: BOOK SIGNING/ AUTOGRAPHS: (Showcase Booth No. 111) RAY EVERNHAM will be available to sign his new book Trophies and SCARS, greet fans, pose for photos and sign autographs.
11:30 – 12:30 PM: KIDS’ BIG WHEEL RACES sponsored by RAACE Foundation (D- Hall) – Children in three age groups (3-4, 5-6, 7-9) race for prizes and large trophies! Big Wheels are supplied (no one can use their own); and there is no entry fee, or need to pre-enter. Just sign up at the show.
12:00 – 12:30 PM: AUTOGRAPHS (Pioneer Pole Buildings Display – 104): Hall of Fame driver FRED RAHMER and his two current 410 Sprint Car driving son’s FREDDIE RAHMER and BRANDON RAHMER signing special autograph cards.
12:30 – 1:00 PM: AUTOGRAPHS (Pioneer Pole Buildings Display – 104): Drivers DAVID SWANSON, JONATHAN SWANSON, BRETT BIEBER, TREVOR KOBYLARZ, MATT WARNER, TRENT WARNER signing special autograph cards.
1:00 – 1:45 PM: (D Hall Stage) – RAY EVERNHAM’s 50th YEAR IN RACING CELEBRATION featuring his early career efforts as a driver in asphalt Modified competition. Joing show host STEVE POST will be former competitors and multi-time champions GIL HEARNE, CHARLIE KREMMER, LENNY BOYD, JERRY CRANMER and BILLY PAUCH who each will share on-track moments when they competed against Evernhman at NJ’s Wall Stadium, New Egypt and Flemington Fair speedways.
1:00 – 1:30 PM: AUTOGRAPHS (Pioneer Pole Buildings Display – 104): Dirt Modified stars CRAIG VON DOHREN and LOGAN WATT, Late Model drivers JIM BERNHEISEL and BRYAN BERNHEISEL plus Monster Truck driver JR SEASOCK signing special autograph cards.
1:00 to 3:00 PM: AUTOGRAPHS/ READING REUNION – AUTOGRAPHS/ READING REUNION (Booth No. 1216) – Stop by relive a great area in racing while metting many former Reading Fairgrounds stars that who once turned laps around the historical 1/2 mile dirt speedway. Drivers to include BOBBY BRAXTON, BOBBY EPPIHIMER, BOB JOHNSON, BOB LISS, TOMMY LONG, JUNIOR MIKSOZ, TERRY REIMERT, DARREL HERMAN and BUTCH GREEN.
1:30 – 2:00 PM: AUTOGRAPHS (Pioneer Pole Buildings Display – 104): THE HIRTHLER FAMILY OF RACERS: KEVIN HIRTHLER will be joined by the other racers in his family which includes his brother BRIAN, son JESSE and daughter KAYLA signing special autograph cards.
2:00 – 2:30 PM: (D Hall Stage) – ERIN CROCKER-EVERNHAM ONE-ON-ONE WITH STEVE POST: To celebrate the 20th anniversary of becoming the first and only women to win a World of Outlaw Sprint Car race in 2004, Erin will go on stage with show host Steve Post to replay the historical victory. She’ll also relieve her start in racing in Quarter-Midgets along with time spent afterwards in ARCA and NASCAR competition before retiring.
2:00 – 2:30 PM: AUTOGRAPHS (Pioneer Pole Buildings Display – 104): THE PAUCH FAMILY OF RACERS: Racing legend BILLY ‘THE KID’ PAUCH will be joined by his super star driving son BILLY PAUCH JR and his son BILLY PAUCH III signing special autograph cards.
2:00 – 3:00 PM: AUTOGRAPHS (Showcase Booth No. 111) – RAY EVERNHAM will be joined by several asphalt Modified drivers he raced against early in his racing career in New Jersey. This includes GIL HEARNE the all-time winner at Wall Stadium, four-time Wall Modified champion CHARLIE KREMER, two-time Turkey Derby winner LENNY BOYD and Wall Turkey Derby/ Track Champion JERRY CRANMER. Evernham will also be available to sign his new book Trophies and SCARS.
2:30 – 3:00 PM: AUTOGRAPHS (Pioneer Pole Buildings Display – 104): Top USAC East Coast Sprint Car AND 600 Sprint driver CHRISTIAN BRUNO and Dirt Modified star JARED UMBENHAUER will be joined by BRYCE BASHORE and STEVE YOUNG signing special autograph cards.
2:45 – 3:15 PM: (D Hall Stage) – LYNN PAXTON TRIBUTE with special guests driver VAN MAY, race promoter ALAN KREIZLER and show host STEVE POST. They will be joined by DON ROBINSON who authored LYNN PAXTON: My Way. Paxton was an amazing driver and storyteller who became a racing historian. After a successful career, winning over 245 feature races in Sprint Cars, Late Models and Midgets. Paxton, who stopped racing in 1983 and became the driving force behind the creation of the Eastern Museum of Motor Racing in York Springs, PA, passed away in September at the age of 80.
3:00 – 4:00 PM: AUTOGRAPHS (Showcase Booth No. 111) – WOMEN IN RACING: Erin Crocker-Evernham will be joined in a very special autograph session by other female racers who have made their mark in racing including MARES STELLFOX (Sprints), MALLORY KUTZ (Street Stock), ADIE DELLIPONTI (Modified/ 600 Sprints), MORGAN ROCHELLE BEAHLER (Ms. Motorsports 2020/ 600 Sprints), SAMANTHA OSBORN, MAGGIE WAMBOLD, PEYTON RENNINGER, SARABETH MESKO, MARISSA LOWDEN and KENZIE ADAMS.
3:15 – 4:15 PM: TIRE CHANGE COMPETITION FINALS sponsored by American Racer Tire and Vahlco Wheels: (D Hall): Two person teams will change right-side tires on a Dirt Modified. Impact guns will be provided, car will be on jack stands. The fastest ten teams from prelminary competition during the show will go to the finals with the winning team receiving a minimum of $500. The top three will also receive an American Racer Tire and Vahlco Wheel. Preliminary competition will be held Friday and Saturday at the show prior to the finals. Teams can go under the clock for $5 per try as often as they wish until 3 PM on Saturday to advance into the top ten.
3:30 – 4: ATQMRA AWARDS PRESENATION (Display – 209-309): Champion BUDDY SLOAD and other top drives from the 2024 racing season will be honored.
4:15 – 5:30 PM: LITTLE MISS MOTORSPORTS (E- Hall Stage Area) – Girls in two age groups (“Tiny” 4-7 and “Little Miss” 8 -10) will compete for two crowns! There is no entry fee. Parents can sign up their daughter with application found at motorsportstradesow.com or in person at the show up until 11:30 a.m. at the stage area.
