Aqua Duck Water Transport Increases Prize Money for Ms. Motorsports Competition at 2025 PPB Motorsports Show

by admin / Friday, 17 January 2025 / Published in Motorsports, Ms. Motorsports

– Top Three To Receive $2,500, $750 & $500; Fan Choice Of Best Swimwear To Earn $1,000 –

Oaks, PA – The Ms. Motorsports competition is gearing up to be one of the most exciting events of the 2025 Pioneer Pole Buildings Motorsports Race Car & Trade Show, with sponsor Aqua Duck Water Transport adding even more value to the prize money.

The 38th annual competition will take place on Friday, January 24th at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA, at the D-Hall Stage, one hour before the show’s first day concludes at 8:00 PM.

Thanks to the generous support of Todd Baer, president of Aqua Duck Water Transport, the prize pool for the Ms. Motorsports competition has been increased. Last year, winner Megan Williams took home an increased $2,500 as the Ms. Motorsports 2024 titleholder.

This year, Bear has raised the stakes even further. For 2025, the winnings for both the first and second runner up have been increased. The 1st Runner-Up this year will now receive $750 and the 2nd Runner-Up will receive $500. The popular fan vote swimsuit portion of the pageant which previously paid $500 to the winner, has doubled to now pay $1,000.00

Currently, 16 contestants are registered to compete, with more expected in the coming days. The competition will feature several judged categories, including sportswear, swimsuit, photo modeling, and a personal interview. No pageant or modeling experience is required, all contestants 18 and older are encouraged to enter. Baer hopes the added prize money will help draw in more contestants as we approach show time.

Although entry into the competition is free, pre-registration is encouraged for smoother event coordination. Registration forms are available online at motorsportstradeshow.com or can be emailed upon request. Contestants can sign up at the show up until 2:00 pm on Friday, January 24th, at the competition stage.

Following the competition, there will be a special post-event party at the Hilton Garden Inn banquet room, conveniently located on the same property. The evening will feature live music, food, and beverages, giving attendees a chance to mingle and celebrate the competition’s top contestants.

The PPB Motorsports 2025 show will celebrate the 50th anniversary of NASCAR Hall of Fame crew chief Ray Evernham’s racing career. The former New Jersey Modified racer will be on hand, along with Bill Elliott, NASCAR Cup Series champion and Hall of Famer.

Elliott, who won the Brickyard 400 driving a Dodge No. 9 owned by Evernham, will sign autographs and participate in a special Friday night show with Evernham before the Ms. Motorsports competition.

Evernham’s wife, Erin Crocker-Evernham, will also be featured as part of the Women in Racing celebration at the show. Erin made history 20 years ago by becoming the first woman to win a World of Outlaws Sprint Car race, a feat that still stands today.

In addition to the celebrity appearances, nearly 200 race cars from all types of motorsports will be on display, including several special cars from Evernham’s personal collection, such as Jeff Gordon’s No. 24 rookie car he crew chiefed.

A minimum of $500 to win two-man Tire Change competition will be held. The top ten contestants from trials held during the show will match off on Saturday afternoon at 3 PM. Top teams will also receive an American Racer Tire and a Vahlco Racing Wheel. The popular Racers Seminars will also return in an expanded seminar room, offering educational opportunities for motorsports enthusiasts.

On Saturday afternoon, the show will feature the RAACE Foundation Big-Wheel Races, which have drawn record entries in past years, as well as the return of the Little Miss Motorsports Competition.

The show is held on Friday, January 24th from 2 PM – 9 PM & Saturday, January 25th from 10 AM – 7 PM. ickets are available at the box office starting one hour before the show opens each day.
